In a world where success is often equated with external achievements, many individuals find themselves struggling with inner demons—unable to quit drinking, trapped in toxic relationships, or haunted by past traumas. Despite their success in life, they feel stuck, unable to break free from destructive patterns.
This is where I come in.
With 35 years of personal sobriety, a 19-year relationship, and a professional background in the film business, I specialize in concierge coaching in career, recovery, addiction, trauma, and relationships. My unique experience allows me to work discreetly with young adults and high-net-worth professionals, assisting them in navigating their challenges and creating meaningful change in their lives.
I understand that change is a process, one that requires deep work and commitment. It's not just about quitting drinking or leaving a toxic relationship; it's about understanding the root causes of these patterns and developing healthier ways of coping and relating to others.
I believe in taking risks, having an actionable plan, and asking for help when needed. My journey in the entertainment industry has taught me the value of hard work and the joy of helping others. I am committed to supporting you on your journey to recovery and personal growth.
Whether you're a successful professional struggling with alcohol addiction, someone trapped in a toxic relationship, or an individual haunted by past traumas, I'm here to help you create a plan, take action, and achieve your goals. Together, we can turn your story into one of resilience, hope, and inspiration.
Additionally, I work to support parents of addicts and those struggling with codependency, providing guidance and understanding in their journey toward healing and recovery.

Embarking on the journey of personal healing, especially in the realms of addiction, co-dependency, trauma, and relationships, is a nuanced process. It involves unraveling a web of interactions—some conscious, some not—that have shaped our lives. While external circumstances can seem to dictate our experiences, it's crucial to examine how our behavior reinforces unhealthy patterns in these areas. This introspection doesn't dismiss the impact of past wounds or traumas; rather, it sets the stage for exploring new narratives and possibilities for the future.
Individual coaching sessions can be tailored to fit your needs, whether that means meeting weekly or more frequently. Together, we'll identify areas for growth and develop a plan of action to navigate these challenges and create positive change.

In-person and virtual options are available.
Couples coaching delves into a deeper and often more nuanced realm. It adapts to the unique nature and intensity of each relationship. For some, it's a lifeline for a deeply troubled partnership in need of significant repair. For others, it's about refining key relational aspects to enhance their connection. Whatever your shared goals may be, we ensure they are manageable, realistic, action-oriented, and accountable. A couple's dynamic requires active participation from both partners.
My approach to couples coaching, with my wife Brianne Davis, includes an individual component, which is crucial for establishing the foundation of the relationship. Acting as a neutral facilitator, we become part of the partnership, assisting in reshaping your perceptions of each other. Couples coaching is designed to be time-limited and goal-oriented.
We regularly assess progress and adjust our approach based on each partner's individual growth and the couple's collective participation. The goal is not to create a flawless relationship but to discover new, effective ways to navigate challenging situations together.
